AquaShield™, Inc. continues to improve customer satisfaction by raising the technology bar for the stormwater treatment industry by offering a new and unique online tool called the Project Design Assistant™, or PDA. The PDA is an online system designed for engineers so that project details can be specified based on the required treatment flow. Using the PDA, engineers can select an AquaShield™ system based on site-specific details, download the appropriate AutoCAD drawing, and monitor the production process of the system. The PDA now allows the user the ability to manage their projects from anywhere at anytime. The PDA provides an online record of current and past projects that are saved in the user’s account for easy access via the internet.

After a free account is created, the information goes into our project operating system, a database that sales representatives and project managers monitor on a daily basis. This operating system provides the opportunity for the user to be contacted regarding quotes and other information based on the project design. The user will then have access to monitor project progress such as the status of shop drawing approvals and manufacturing process, as well as view specialized notes for a given project. These user friendly features of the PDA are useful in speeding up the design process and keeping the user continuously informed on specific project details.
